Since 2001, the NH Conservation License Plate (Moose Plate) program has contributed to the ongoing success of more than 150 projects around New Hampshire. Every county has benefited from the funds raised through the sale of Moose Plates.

Funds from the Moose Plate program provide the majority of funding for the Land & Community Heritage Investment Program's administrative costs. With this money, LCHIP maintains an office and pays the staff who assist communities and oversee the disbursement of grant funds.
